Can I order a sample before bulk?

Yes. We offer samples at a small fee which is fully deductible from your first bulk order. Samples ship by express courier in 3–7 days.

What is your production lead time?

In-stock styles ship in 3–7 days. Custom and OEM production takes 15–25 days after sample confirmation, depending on quantity and complexity.

Do you provide certificates for the diamonds?

Yes. IGI, GIA or HRD certificates are available on request. Loose stones can be certified before setting, and finished pieces include our quality inspection report.

Can I customize a design or make my own (OEM/ODM)?

Absolutely. Send us your sketch, photo or reference design and we will provide CAD, quotation and timeline within 3 working days. We handle CAD, casting, setting, engraving and branded packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and major credit cards. Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation; production starts after deposit.

How do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS with full insurance. Shipping cost depends on destination and order value and is quoted together with the product price.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for larger orders?

Yes — pricing is tiered by quantity. The more you order per style, the lower the per-piece price. Request a quote with your target quantity and we will send our best wholesale rate.
